South Tyrolean Lagrein Ondonelle
Artisan Ondonelle with Lagrein wine.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, Lagrein wine 6%.

Saute speck, onion and garlic in a little oil. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and fry them. Add the cream and let it simmer a little. Season with salt and pepper and briefly toss with the freshly cooked ondolle in the pan.
